How Consent Is Collected

  1. Channel: Consent is obtained during a live phone call handled by our AI assistant or a trained human agent.
  2. Prompt: The agent reads the script above in full, without modification.
  3. Affirmative response: The consumer must provide a clear "Yes" (or equivalent affirmative phrase); no pre‑checked boxes or implied consent.
  4. Recording and logs: The call is recorded when permitted by law and a timestamped consent event is stored with caller ID, date/time, agent identifier, and script version.
  5. First message: The first post‑consent SMS includes the key CTIA disclosures if not already delivered in writing.
